Born in Joliet, Illinois on February 2, 1968. Raised in Crest Hill, Illinois until moving to Mesa, Az.in January 1985. My unique previous work experiences that have helped develop my character include: mowing lawns and shoveling snow as a youth, car lot attendant, grocery produce clerk, Peter Piper Pizza, moving furniture & pianos, various drywall & summer construction jobs, Phoenix shutter company, surface counter tops, cabinetry and then commercial kitchen appliance repairs dealing with Gas, electric & steam. All this experience led up to me opening a company in 2001 to rehab run down properties and then resell them. I bought my very first home on a lease option agreement in Chandler, Az 1994. Married to Jenny Marker in April 1995. First child Hayley arrived February 01, 2001 and our 2nd daughter Brandi arrived in Chandler, Az March 16, 2005.
